Appalachian Foraging School
Forager and educator Bek Jopling leads this small-cohort program teaching wild food identification, herbalism, and nature-connection skills across the forests and fields of Southern Appalachia. Other local plant teachers join to share additional expertise, with the course covering wild plant and fungi identification along with wild food preparation.
