A local author launches her memoir about becoming a trail angel, at the Mule.

A book launch and signing for local author Renee Novotny's debut memoir, which recounts the aftermath of her son Ryan's death in an ice-climbing accident and what she describes as an unexpected sense of his continued presence. Attendees can meet the author and have copies of the book signed.
