Buddy K Big Band

A big band that's been playing Basie and Ellington since 1983, right in town on a Sunday afternoon.

A big band ensemble formed in 1983 performs classic swing-era music associated with Count Basie, Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, and Tommy Dorsey. The group has played venues across the Southeast and brings a live big-band sound to White Horse Black Mountain. Admission is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis.
