Grush's Cajun Dino Grill

This is a single day of food truck service from Grush's Cajun Dino Grill, set up at Highland Brewing. The menu takes classic Cajun dishes and gives them a modern, creative spin, built around locally sourced ingredients and relationships with area farmers. It's walk-up food truck service rather than a sit-down meal or performance.
