Jettie Rae's x Dalaya Thai: A Coastal Collaboration

Jettie Rae's is teaming up with chef Kanlaya "Gun" Supachana of Dalaya, a James Beard semifinalist restaurant in Sylva, for a one-night, six-course collaborative dinner. The menu pairs Jettie Rae's market-driven seafood with the coastal flavors of Southern Thailand, bringing together two regional culinary traditions in a single meal.
