Scouts Host Pit Smoked Barbecue Fundraiser

Local Scouts host a barbecue dinner fundraiser at the Riceville Fire Department, with pitmasters smoking North Carolina pork shoulders for thirteen hours before serving. Dinners come with traditional sides, and diners can eat at picnic tables along the creek. Proceeds go to support the Scouts' program.
