Gill's runs on locally caught fish, Big Island beef, and scratch cooking, served from a little lanai in Kapaʻau down the road from the original King Kamehameha statue. Tuesday through Saturday, 11 to 7:30. Get the catch taco. Pololu's trailhead is minutes farther on.
