Kalaeloa Beach Park
The leeward campground beach most of the island forgets.
Fifty-eight acres of former Barbers Point shoreline, deeded to the city in 2024 and slowly being built out. Surfers, fishers, and picnic crews have it largely to themselves, plus 13 campsites on three-day permits. Facilities are basic, so come self-sufficient.
