Kualoa Regional Park
Flat green lawn, the Koʻolau wall, and Mokoliʻi offshore.
A 153-acre city park on the sacred northern point of Kaneʻohe Bay, where the view does all the work. Mokoliʻi, also called Chinaman's Hat, floats just off the beach. Twenty-one campsites across two campgrounds book through the city portal, and the one facing the island is the one you want.
