Puka Dog
A hot dog in a pierced sweet-bread bun, only here.
The bun gets toasted on a spike, then filled with garlic-lemon sauce, tropical fruit relish, and a Polish or veggie dog. Mango relish with the spicy sauce is the move, plus fresh-squeezed lemonade. Anthony Bourdain stopped by once and the line never really shortened.
